By accessing or using the services provided by RNKD LLC (doing business as GovRadar) (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
GovRadar provides automated alerts for government contract solicitations.
- Not a Government Agency: GovRadar is a private entity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a part of any local, state, or federal government agency.
- Data Accuracy: We scrape data from public sources. We cannot guarantee that the data is error-free, complete, or up-to-date. You are responsible for verifying all details directly with the issuing government agency before bidding.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
- Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 60 days of your subscription, contact us to request a full refund.
- Subscription Fee: The Service is billed at $99/month.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. Outside of the 60-day money-back guarantee period, we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused services.
4. SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and checking the consent checkbox during account creation, you expressly agree to receive recurring automated text messages from GovRadar at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Cost: Standard message and data rates may apply.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on lead volume in your selected area.
- Opt-Out: Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages.

5. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, GovRadar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities resulting from your use of the Service.
- Cap on Liability: In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to us in the last month.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service, scrape our data, or use the Service for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
